Dr. Leonard Janis,
Total Foot & Ankle

Dear Dr. Janis,

I just wanted to take a minute to convey the gratitude of 2 recent patients that you have had a MAJOR impact on during the past year.  You took care of my foot/ankle problem last Decenber, 2009 and my fellow ER nurse this past November 2010.  I had been urging her to see you, as I knew you could help her as much as you have my condition.  January 21, 2011 was Jackie's first day back to work and we both were excited and we both told each other just how grateful and lucky we are to have found a surgeon like you to take care of our conditions.

I have been doing GREAT!!  Have not had any pain at all in my right foot and ankle.  Jackie said that she is also pain-free for the first time over the past several years.  I cautiioned her about over-doing-it since she is back now and that you would really let her have it if she did not do as you ordered.  She is a good IR nurse and we are really glad to have  her back.  Thank you for taking care of us both.  You have made it possible to us to continue working in the ER and helping others in need.  We can only hope that we can make a small difference in the lives of others.  But we want to tell you that you have made a difference in the lives to 2 people who are truly appreciative and thankful for you and your experience.

Enclosed is photo of 2 of your success stories.  We can't THANK YOU enough!!!

Your the BEST!!!

I'm not sure you will remember me as it has veen almost twenty years.  In truth, it's not really important that you do.  But...I certainly remember you.  You performed major surgery on my right foot in 1992, saving it from the possibility of future amputation, giving me the ability to continue to walk...even run at times!  Words are not adequate to tell you how grateful I am.

Because of the work you did on foot I think of you often, and litt you and your family in prayer, giving God thanks for you.

It is with deep appreciation that I send you this copy of my daily devotional, Snapshots: a spiritual look at daily life.  May it be a source of blessing in your daily life.  And may you continue to be a blessing to those who come to you in need.

Sincerely,
Graig Clouston

Dr. Davy,
What a wonderful and professional staff. This is the best, well organized office we have ever worked with. Thank you for being so understanding.

Sincerely,

Dr. Janis, Thanks! I am so grateful . . .

The first picture was taken of my husband and I as we were hiking at Hidden Falls in the Grand Teton National Park in Wyoming. The second picture is us snow shoeing in Dillon, Co., we also hiked the top of King's Pinnacle, Crowders Mountain, North Carolina. Now I have the ability to do all this after 10 years of inactivity because of the deterioration of my ankles from severe osteoarthritis. I have slowly, but surely, re-claimed my life after receiving two Total Ankle Replacement surgeries from you.

Thanks so much to you and your staff for all you have done for me. I am so very grateful!

Sincerely,
Mary Emick

Dr. Lutz,

I would like to take this opportunity to Thank Dr. Kevin Lutz @ Total Foot and Ankle of Ohio and his staff for the FANTASTIC care that I have received in the past year and a half.

The Staff is excellent, always cheerful, kind and great to remind you of your appointment the day before. That’s so helpful as a reminder. Each person on staff at your office at the Hillard location which is where I go for treatment is seriously the best. I have several Doctor appointments a month on a regular basis at different Doctors office and your staff out does them all with Service and Smiles.

Dr Lutz has improved my lifestyle so very much. I have had trouble with my feet all my life, some from birth defect and some from being a diabetic.

I recently with the help of Dr. Lutz nursed a diabetic sore on my left foot for a long period of time. Dr. Lutz determined that it was not going to heal without some extensive surgery on my foot. I never doubted Dr. Lutz and with much confidence I agreed to the surgery to remove some bone in the bottom of my left foot and at the same time sew up the ulcer. Today my foot is about 95% better, No Sore and much less pain than I have had in a long, long time. I have doctored with my feet all my life and I am 58 years old and worked with several Foot and Ankle Doctors and none come even close to the care that I have received. Fantastic care not only from Dr. Lutz's staff but from Dr. Lutz himself. He is an amazing Foot and Ankle Doctor and I highly recommend him to anyone with foot or ankle problems. Dr. Lutz your the best. I have written this on my own and Dr. Lutz has my permission to print or publish this anywhere that might be of benefit to him or his practice.

Thanks again,

Ken Kessler
and May God continue to Bless you and your staff,
Merry Christmas 2010
